For eye make up that I know isn't going to budge until I want to take it off , I tend to reach for this lot . Tried and tested , it wont move come rain or shine - in this case some serious sweltering shine !
Now I have some serious love for the 'Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoos' , dead easy to use , they don't crease and they stay put . The texture is a cream gel kinda thing , and I've found they apply beautifully . If your looking for a quick little something on the lids ; use a brush or your finger , swipe it , blend it , and your good to go ! Its best to work a little quick with it , as once it sets , they won't be going anywhere . They're really pigmented , so you get fabulous colour pay off , but they can also be blended out for a more sheer daytime look . The shades I have pictured are (l - r) 'Bad To The Bronze' , 'Pink Gold' and 'Eternal Gold' . All stunning shades for this season . I picked mine up from 'feelunique.com' for 6.49 Euros .
Eyeliners can be hit or miss , they will either stay put , or after a few hours your left with dreaded panda eyes - I've been left rocking that look a few more times than I care to admit in my younger days . But haven't we all ?!
To put an end to this , Rimmel have been bringing it in the smudge proof department with their 'Scandaleyes' range . I have a few of their 'Scandaleyes Waterproof Khol Kajal Pencils' , but one of my favourite shades at the moment is 'Bronze 012' . A gorgeous creamy bronze , with a slight metallic finish . I love using this kind of colour at the minute , it just looks far less harsh than black , and gives a much softer look on the eyes . Also perfect for lining the top lashes for a bit of definition , or under the bottom lashes for a little oomph . And again this will not budge , perfect if your out and about all day , or like to have something on your eyes at the beach . Again I got this from 'feelunique.com' for 5.19 Euros . My bank account wishes I had never laid eyes on this site !
Lastly to finish off a look , you pick up your mascara , and the one that I swear by is my 'No7 Extravagant Volume Waterproof Mascara ' . I have mine in the shade Brown/Black , again I just feel this looks softer for during the day , and the hotter seasons . This will stay put till you want it off , and then some , it's best to use an oil based eye make up remover for this . It gives just the right amount of volume and length , which you can build with a couple of extra coats . Unfortunately you can't get this in Malta , but I found another awesome waterproof mascara the 'Maxfactor False Lash Effect in Waterproof' which is available over here for around 15euro mark .
Good riddance panda eyes I say !
