The Definite Repurchase : Maybelline New York Superstay 24hr Powder

This was another purchase from a bit of online shopping a while back (Here), and I wanted to give it a good testing out before I put my first thoughts on here . Well here I am with the verdict , and oh it's a good 'un !

 I am soo pleased I decided to pick this up , it's right up my street , just what I want in a powder , my absolute go to now for these warmer (warm is an understatement) months . I am already a big and long term fan of its foundation counterpart , which is what made me want to try this out in the first place . And just as it's counterpart does , this stuff stays put though all sorts . The description of the powder states "For flawless coverage and shine control all day long. Maybelline New York Superstay 24h Powder resists shine, oil, sweat, heat & humidity." and indeed it does just that .

I've been using this to finish off and set my make up . It goes on so smooth and silky , not the slightest bit chalky  , sometimes I find with some powders that they can make my skin look a little on the dry side , this however does not . I'll take this out with me wherever I go , and if I feel a need a touch up , I apply this with a powder brush , and it instantly freshens things up , giving coverage and evens everything out . And it really does stay put , through humidity , sweat and even water , so long as you dab your face gently rather than rubbing it , the powder will pull through  . I love it ! 

The packaging is great , simple and totally sturdy , there's no signs of any flimsiness with this one . 

I bought this in the shade Nude , and will absolutely be repurchasing again , I'll have to pick up the lighter shade Ivory for winter , as this one is more suited for my summer colour . The only downside to this powder , is the shade range , I've only found three shades available . If you fit into the shade range , I'd really recommend trying it out if your looking for something with a bit more coverage and fantastic staying power .
